About Meghann
Meghann is a Limited Licensed Psychologist who earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Madonna University. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), giving her a uniquely integrative perspective that bridges emotional wellness, behavioral change, and whole-person health.
Meghann specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction — as well as couples seeking to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen connection. She has a particular passion for supporting single parents, who often carry the weight of parenting, work, and personal growth simultaneously with little space for their own healing.
What sets Meghann apart is her holistic approach: she believes mental health cannot be separated from physical health. She incorporates nutrition and health optimization into her work, helping clients understand how lifestyle — sleep, diet, movement, and stress — directly impacts mood, focus, and emotional resilience.
Meghann creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel free to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, and leave with practical tools they can actually use.

Therapeutic Approach
Meghann draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to build individualized treatment plans. She takes a whole-person view — weaving in nutrition and health optimization alongside traditional talk therapy — so clients experience lasting change that goes beyond symptom management. Whether she's working with a couple rebuilding trust, a single parent reclaiming balance, or someone breaking free from addiction, Meghann's approach is practical, compassionate, and deeply personalized.
