Your initial assessment is 1 hour. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork with our front desk.
Yes. We offer child and adolescent psychiatric care. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian for the initial assessment.
Your insurance card, a list of current and past psychiatric medications, discharge papers if recently hospitalized, and custody documents for a child patient if applicable.
